From the perspectives of a porcelain master and a master brewer, the brand draws parallels between the craftsmanship of seeking clay to create tea bowls and the artisanal process of crafting wine.
On April 13, the Chinese plum wine brand "Meijian" released its brand concept film titled "Witnessing Craftsmanship." In the short film, the brand, through the lenses of a porcelain master and a master brewer, juxtaposes the techniques of clay-seeking and bowl-making with the artisanal process of wine production. It showcases the meticulous details of Meijian's process—from the picking and selection of plums, washing and sun-drying, to aging in jars—illustrating the entire journey from a single plum to a glass of plum wine.
"Heaven has its seasons, earth its energies, materials their beauty, and craftsmanship its skill." After waiting through the cycle of four seasons over 365 days, the artisans in the film transform their longing into form, condensing it into a bottle of Meijian plum wine, embarking on a meeting that spans 2,000 miles.
Between the cup and the bowl, each encounter is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. The brand consistently conveys the philosophy of "managing the cycle of seasons within the order of time" and "all that is beautiful is worth waiting for."
